ለቡሌ ሆራ ዩኒቨርሲቲ በ2015 በጀት ዓመት የተፈቀደለትን የካፒታል እንዲሁም የመደበኛ በጀት ላይ የፋይናንስ አስተዳደር ዳይሬክቶሬት ዳይሬክተር ውይይት አደረገ።
በዉይይቱ ላይ ዳይሬክተሩን ጨምሮ የኮሌጅ፣የመማሪያ ሆስፒታል እንዲሁም የመዓከል የሂሳብ ሰራተኞች   ተገኝተዋል ።
 የዉይይቱም አላማ በ2015 በጀት ዓመት ከኦዲት ግኝት የጠራ እና ግልፀኝነት የተሞላበት አሰራር እንደሚተገበር እንዲሁም ጠንካራ የፋይናንስ ፍሰት እንዴት ማስቻል እንደሚቻል ላይ ያተኮረ ነዉ።
